You know I've been feening to see that head and what you've done to it lately!:D

I love the Colorshines! It looks great! I HAVE to try that this spring. I want to be blingy too (dayum...that word just won't stay dead) when the sun is shining in NYC again.

I can only hope to have a ponytail like that one day!

I haven't used it yet and won't until a month from now :rofl: I am 2 weeks away from relaxing and I have to wait 2 weeks after that to apply the color. Its just that I was so impressed that I wanted to have it on hand already!!

Aint I sad? :Blush2:

I didn't mention the small update, because not much as changed since November. I've just been blowdrying my hair and wearing it straight.

Nicki6: I hope the TNT bronze works well for you. Keep us posted.

Yes, I think our hairline is similar. I think Debbi asked if my hairline was thinning. It's not really thinning; it's always been thinner than the rest. I have a small bald spot on the left side, that I was born with.

But actually, since I've stopped relaxing my "baby hairs"/ edges many months ago, the new hairs are growing in softer, finer and curlier, so I don't know what that means. I heard that your natural texture is much different after the perm has grown out. So I don't know if that is having an effect or not. I started surging that area again since February, so we'll see what happens.

Oh wow you stopped relaxing the hair line...that's good....but I don't know how I could do that:look: .....my hairline is the first to start curling up...

what I've been doin is spraying some type of liquid, i.e :water, spray on leavin treatment then putting a creamy conditioning hairdress or one of my conditioning gels on top at the the hair line ( especially the temples) OR sometimes a Surge mixture ( surge liquid and the woogee?cream) and wearing a scarf...I have seen sooo much growth, (even my little , little hairs on my hairline/forehead area...that could be a probelm though:lachen: ..............but I'm happy, the scarf is really helpful...long,rectangular shaped so it sits on the hairline to protect and smooth out when I need it.

Congrats again for the beautiful hair and progress!!!
 
I have to admit that I have been stalking you for months now. I just came out of lurkdum and wanted to officially tell you that your hair is gorgeous. Thank you for making your pics available. Very encouraging. BTW- has your hair ever been short?

Matter of fact, I've been meaning to send KT a PM because her tried her blowdryer/grease tip and myhair turned out VERY WELL:) I came out so straight and shiny that it looked like I had flat ironed it. If your hair can handle a little grease or oil along with some heat, give KT's blowdrying tips a try!

She definitely deserves to be feature of the month :notworthy

I've been feeling this way since I found the board...hopefully it will finally happen...so I can be at peace...;)
 
Kitchen_tician has one of the most beautiful heads of hair I've ever seen. And she's just as sweet as she is beautiful. :)

I know we'll see her as FOTM soon. Maybe March...hint, hint. ;)
