Don't get me wrong, I love natural hair, very much.
However I think having calendars and stickers about it are borderline, if not, simply obsessive.
IMHO.

But I guess the encouragement is positive.

I love her energy and excitement about her hair. She needs to be a LHCF member :yep:

Wouldn't be suprised if she already did. We know she watches YT vids so I wouldn't doubt that she's on boards as well. *waves* Hey Kim, I always loved seeing you on tv.

OT: In middle school when Living Single was on ppl used to always say I reminded them of her, I never reall thought so. Still get it every now and then.

But you on LHCF -- an Internet hair board. :lachen:
She would probably call you obsessed.
Just kidding, girlie. I love you, my fellow hair sister, very much.

^^^ IA. If you:
1. Are a regular poster on a hair board (or multiple boards)...
2. Can spit out what WL, APL, Pre Poo, Co Wash, HHJ, etc stand for in under .37 seconds...
3. Have a Fotki or other photo sharing mechanism dedicated to your hair...
4. Have a hair regimen...

Folks may call you hair obsessed. lol. I actually like the idea of the calendar solely because of the entrepreneurial avenue it has given a WOC to capitalize off her passion/ interest.

I went to the BSS and they gave me a 2011 calendar for wigs and weaves... :look: I feel like if a calendar for fake hair can exist why not have one for natural hair? Everybody has their obsessions nothing wrong with that.

^^ITA.

I wouldn't call it obsessive as much as I'd call it a marketing ploy. Totally not necessary but a newbie may purchase it out of excitement. Ka-ching!!

Every year I get a kitteh calendar ... but then again, I am slitghly obsessed with cats

ok nvr mind
:cowgirl:

People may call me obsessed. That's their opinion. I was just stating mine:grin:

Tis all...
