actually there are two Silken Seal products. one is the sheen spray. the other one is a liquid that you rub on your hair. i'm sure the one you saw was the latter because of the price. lol! i have the spray and love it, but there are other sheen sprays just as good that cost alot less. i doubt i will repurchase this one mostly because of the price. i'm sure there are other liquids just as good too. i'm drawing blanks right now, but i'll post when i think of the one i used to use.

Ladies, I also have the Keracare Silken seal. While it is a good product, I think it is overpriced. It contains 2 ingredients, cyclomethicone and dimethicone. There are other glossers out there with the same ingredients for less money and work just as well. Send Tracy a pm and ask for recs. She is the glosser queen!! hth

LOL! Dag Adrienne, I guess we were both posting the same msg at the same time. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I'm playing catch up with threads these days but just to say I too like keracare silken seal but I only pay for it whenever in the UK because its triple the price here in the US which is ridiculous IMO. I use the serum, not the spray, applied on wet hair before rollar setting. It works very very well in keeping the hair smooth while combing it wet onto each rollar and the strands staying smooth when dried. I did however, just try L'anza's ProtecShine serum (reduced to approx $3 in my local salon) and I have to say that I love this too. I'll unwrap my hair soon and if I like the finish I'll definitely re-purchase more of it since I really liked the smoothing effect it had allover the hair while putting rollars in /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I saw it selling today at Ricky's outlet today for $19.99 but reduced by 50% but the place I got it for next to nothing was close to me in Queens.
