Neither. It's more like a mousse. I have it and I love it. The only thing that keeps my hair detangled while rollersetting.

ETA: If you wanna get technical, more like a creamy mousse...it's not like the mousse in the aerosole cans, but has a mousse consistency.

Girl you and me both! I was like dang . . . what kinda creme is this????-- they must have shipped me a dusty bottle from the back shelf of the warehouse from 10 years ago.
