Hello all, I purchased and used kemi oyl for the first time yesterday and I must say...so far I love it

I put some on my hair and my ends last night before wrapping. I woke up this morning and WOW, my hair is soft, smooth and has incredible shine. I wish I could show you all pictures but I don't have the technology to do that yet (I'm getting a webcam next month!!).

I've been up for about 4 hours now in the hot humid weather and my hair is still looking like I just styled it. I hope I will still love it after a month of use. The only thing is the smell, I think it kinda smells like grape koolaid..anyone else think so? It's not a bad smell, but I'm not sure I want to smell like grape koolaid.

right, someone anyone tell me where i can get that in maryland ( i have relatives there) and the price of that and the kemi shea butter pomade.

Help a sistah out? You can PM me with the info if you dont want to clutter up the board.

I saw it in Sally Beauty Supply yesterday (small bottle was only $2.99). I always thought it had a nice smell. I haven't used it in years.

i use it....but in a small amount..but to me it smells okay and i use it maybe 2/3 a week... it is very good and light...

I use Kemi Oyl from time to time, but I think that I might be using too much. It always makes my hair really soft, actually TOO soft, almost to the point of mushy feeling. I think that I might try to mix it with something else the next time that I try it. I love the smell of it.

I started using this after the chat again too....
It is nice...

I have a hard time with any oil applied on dry hair that isn't jojoba. Kemi seems fine. I also only use a tiny bit.

Kemi oyl can be found at a lot of beauty supply stores in Maryland. I think you can also get it from Walmart but not 100%sure.

I bought some for my son a month ago and I don't remember where I got it from.
