I decided this year to change my hair care regmine and in a matter of one week, I am already starting to see a difference.
I flat ironed on Dec 31, to reveal my hair for the APL challenge after that I put 6 french braids in my hair. Everyday I put s-curl spray on my hair, massage coconut oil on my scalp and sealed my ends with castor oil.
Today I took the braids down, parted in four sections and put Suave Humectant on my hair to detangle. I washed out all the product and then put my Elasta DPR-11, honey, castor & olive oil mix on my hair a deep conditioned for 25 minutes and I can't believe the results.
I loss little hair, and it's so soft and not as dry & dull looking as it was a month ago.
So I said all this to say, keeping it simple does work. Not only am I keeping my regmine simple but also the products I use. I tried to follow other people's regmine, but now I found what works for me and I can't wait to see the results.
Anybody else notice how keeping their regmine and product use simple has benefited their hair.
