Use the protective styles and keep your ends moisturized and that should do the trick, remember you have to really take care of it in order to keep it.

If it's shedding you're worried about I've heard of ladies having sucess with Nutrine garlic shampoo, its supposed to get it under control. I've never used it though.

Hi,

Congrats on your new baby!!!

Well, I just had my baby June 4th and so far I haven't lost any of the length or thickness that I had achieved during my pregnancy, but then again my hair wasn't growing out of the ordinary in the first place. Because I am nursing, I am continuing to take my prenatal vitamin, so I know that that will help to keep the hair that I have grown because I am staying steady on my supplements. From your sigi, it looks as though you have a good thing going with your supplements, but just remember that if you discontinue the use of your pre-natals that you should replace it with a good multi-vitamin.

Other than that, try not to get stressed out about your little one waking you up every 2-3 hours to be fed and changed and you should be all right, LOL.

since my last baby was born. It's weird my hair was growing before my pregnancy, but it seem to skyrocket after pregnancy and my hubby is loving it.

I'm remembering the feedings and diaper changing, but I know they grow up so fast I can't wait!

I shed like crazy from February to May and I thought there was no way I would have any hair left on my head. I started using Helene Garlic Shampoo (I couldn't find Nutrine) and Motions Protein Conditioner, I love this stuff. Anyway, I gave myself a re-touch and my hair was so much longer. I still wash and condition it twice a week and moistuize in the a.m. and p.m. before bed.
