I will not be ordering from KBB ever again. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and still have not recieved my products. When i went to track my order it still says "processing" : Copied from site...

Wow, did you email them? Mine said processing, but if I hit something like more details, it showed that my package had shipped.

i tried to order and all it said was ■The product you are trying to view no longer exists.

i guess it's a sign... i already don't like to wait regular shipping time... this would really make me mad.. i won't be ordering

Yea I don't think they update the status regularly. I've had mine say processing and it's on my door step the next day. Three weeks is average wait time for natural handmade products so I wouldn't worry too much until after the 3 weeks and you still haven't gotten any kind of notice.
