Count Me In......

I'm a reformed PJ soooo I am using what's under my sink and in my closet

I am currently mixing my conditioners and adding a little bit of castor oil.
I condition wash
Pull back in a bun and on special occassions I'll do an dry roller set.
This is exactly what I'm doing too, including using up all my products before ordering more. The only thing different is that I do wet buns or a phonytail (no rollersets till the nice weather returns).

Here's what I use most of the the time:

Detangler: Biolage Detangling Solution
Shampoo: Cream of Nature
Conditioner: Biolage Conditioning Balm or ORS Hair Mayo

I use Kemi Oyl and Kemi Oyl Shea Butter Pomade to seal in the moisture. I use shea butter on the ends of my hair. I usually wear my hair in two-stranded twists, braids or a puff.

shampoo with Creme of Nature once a week followed by Silk Elements Cholesterol and leave it in til I feel like rinsing it out (usually 24 hours--I'm lazey lol). Put Pro-line Comb-thru Softener in hair then maybe some oil (olive or coconut). Then style.

Styles:
Two stranded twists
Bun with baggie either covered with scarf or afro phony pony
uh... those are the basic styles...

OMG...I thought I was keeping it simple...not so sure now! LOL...okay..compared to everyone else..this may look like a lot...but it's because my hair responds better to rotating/alternating products.

Pre-poo: Suave Milk&Honey/White Rain Conditioner/VO5

Poos: CON, Keracare Detangling, NTM

Moisturizing Conditioners: Humecto & NTM
Protein Conditioners: MNT & AO GPB (newly implemented)

Leave In: NTM

Detangler: Pantene Light Detangling Conditioner

Moisturizers: Elasta QP Mango Butter, Surge Woojee Cream

Shine and Serum: MNT Shine On/NTM Serum

Trying my best to keep it simple but it is hard. I haven't been back a week yet and I already have a list of things I want to try.

Well for now my regime is as follows.

I wash and set my hair every Thursday night.
Shampoo 1-2 times with a cheap shampoo to remove product.
Shampoo 1 time with Creme of Nature.
Apply conditioner either Lekair Cholesterol, Motions CPR, Motions Silk Protein, or a combination of the products.
I let the conditioner stay in until after I have washed my body, shaved my legs, and pits.
I rinse gently, finger detangle and wrap in towel.

After I have gotten out of the shower and dressed.

I roller set using yellow or tan rollers.
Isoplus Wrap and set lotion
Infusium 23 for dry/damaged hair
some kind of silicon smooth stuff for the ends
light hair grease (must be light)

I dry thoroughly under bonnet dryer, remove rollers, apply Profective moisturizer (yellow) to ends, and wrap with hair pins.

I relax every 8-12 weeks depending on how my hair looks and feels.
I still use Motions oil moisturizer relaxer Regular.
Hennalucent in either neutral or bark brown.

I trim whenever I see splits.

Everynight I moisturize length, ends, and edges, and wrap using pins.

I use a hot iron only if my set did not turn out good. I keep hair spray and gel to a minimum.

Hair has been looking good overall. I lost about 1 1/2 inches to breakage due to bad conditioner experiment and over vigorous trimming but otherwise it is fine.

I also got a very cute cut last summer

I'm trying to keep it simple and I enjoyed reading this post.

Every Thursday
Preshampoo with warm EVOO, Honey, Humectress
Poo w/ Therappe
Condition w/ Keraphix/Humectress
Add Headress/Foaming Wrap Lotion and Serum and set

Relax every 8-12 weeks with Mizani Mild
Use Emergencee the week after my relaxer
Clarify with PM Tea Tree Shampoo every once in awhile
Use a butter at night and an oil/serum in the morning when needed.

My regime is pretty simple these days, in spite of myself...

Most of the time I condition wash daily (I use a clarifying shampoo once a week too) and leave a little conditioner on my hair when I rinse. Then I apply any serum, L'oreal Unfrizz Taming Cream and any curling gel. I spray in a little John Frieda Dream Curls and tie my edges until it goes curly.

I rarely rollerset anymore. When I do I use any shampoo, any thick conditioner (spiked with a little olive oil if I want it creamier) and some Salerm.

I haven't colored in ages.

-Others: Profectiv Healthy ends *buying that today* and Surge

-I was my hair about twice a week, but I'm about to complicate my regimen soon, lol. I haven't used direct heat since I joined LHCF over a month ago! Yay!

Pre poo: Evoo, Carrot oil, Jojoba, Shea butter mixed with water.

Shampoo:Kera care.
Conditioner: Kera care.
Deep Conditioner: Salerm Wheat germ Mask.
Protien: Emergencee.
Leave in: Salerm 21. I also surge my scalp.

I have learned time and time again to stay with what works for me, and leave it at that. ;)

My regimen is scary simple:

Kerastase Bain Satin 3 shampoo for dry and damaged hair
Kerastase Masquintense conditioner for dry and damaged hair
Airy dry and moisturize with pure shea butter
Oile ends every night with Safflower oil and put into a baggie

I am trying to find a regimen that works for me.

I usually wash my hair every day and pull it back into a pony tail. I have not been using any heat and the pony tail is really the only thing I know how to do.

I use the following products:

Shampoo
Cream of Nature
Aveda Brilliant

Conditioner
Queen Helenes Cholestoral
Motions Conditioner
Miraculous Recovery

Oil
Coconut oil on face and body

I've recently made my regimen a lot more simple:

-Shampoo and condition everyday Tue-Sun w/Cream of Nature Detangling & Conditioning Shampoo and Cream of Nature Nourishing Conditioner.
-Shampoo w/Nexxus Botanoil Shampoo on Mon. Protein=Keraphix (once a week), Moisture=Humectress
-Apply leave-in products, let air dry loose. Once dry, put into protective style.
-Everyday style: french twist, bun w/hairsticks, air-dried braid, or bun with a few pins.
-Baggie at night.
