I've been using my K-Cutter for over 20 years. The metal teeth aren't an issue for me. I've never had problems with them.

I use the K on dry hair, wet hair, pressed hair, any hair.

You might be able to find one in a liquor store in a black neighborhood. Otherwise, there are only about two places on line that have them, one of them being ebonyline.com. And they have a minimum order limit of $10, but the K-cutter is only about $3.

Some people love the K-cutter (myself included). Some people say their wide-toothed plastic comb is just as good. It's all about personal preference.
