Just used Nexxus Emergencee for the first time...

is your hair meant to feel dry and course once you rinse it out? Am deep conditioning now with Nexxus Humectress, but am worried I didn't use the Emergencee correctly (although I left it on for the time recommended on the bottle) as my hair felt AWFUL to touch when I rinsed it out. Is this normal?

I think so. Mine always feels like a bundle of sticks after I rinse it out.

I usually just quickly co-wash with a cheapie conditioner to soften it up, then I DC, also with Nexxus Humectress, and it comes out just fine in the end.
So I don't think you should be panicked just yet.

Deep Condition after you put in Nexxus Emergencee, I use it as directed other than I wash it with my Shampoo (sulphate Free) and then use my fav Deep Conditioner

It comes out perfect in the end

Thanks! Have just washed out the Humectress and my hair feels much better, was just worried when initially it felt like straw!
