soooo soft!
1- I shampooed w/ Creme of Nature shamp
2- Did a Aphogee treatment - this stuff reeks!:O)
3- Queen Helene cholesterol treatment w/ some drops of peppermint extract to help stimulate scalp w/heat for 20 mins. Great slip!
4- Keracare Humecto cond. - left in for only a few minutes - great slip as well
5- since I'm still looking for a great creme moisturizer, I ended up sprayed my ahir w/ Dark and Lovely sheen spray - its got a lot of natural ingredients (however, first ingredient is mineral oil)

Hopefully, when it dries it will still be sooo soft.

Just thought I'd share while i wait to decide what to do with my natural head: relax r texturize...hmmm...
Hopefully, when my hair dries

I'm glad the Humecto gave you good slip.

Unfortunately, my natural hair absolutely HATES that stuff.

I think I'm just going to use the rest of it up as a pre-shampoo treatment (mixed with honey and castor oil).

How long did you leave the aphogee treatment on your hair and how much did you use.

it's all about experimenting as i've learned...this site has helped me GREATLY!!!
I bought a packet of the aphogee treatment...since it didn't have time instructions on the packet, i basically just sat under the dryer until it was helmet-like hard:O) this stuff turns your head of hair ULTRA hard - but hoepfully, it will help to strengthen my hair and prevent any breakage...we'll see...
