just some help wanted please...

hello everyone havent been on in a while and kinda been lurking for a while...just wanted to ask what is the baggie method how does one do it and what are the benefits of doing it? Im guessing there may already be a thread about this here if so could someone bump it for me or let me know where i might find it?

Baggie methos is when you moisterize your hair or oil it and then put one of those platic haircaps on it overnight, or you moisterize your ponytail then put a baggie siplock type without the zip or plastic cap over the length then cover that with a phony ponytail and secure it. Adrienne explains itand has pics too. do a search, btw she's waistlength now.

Adrienne0914 album also demonstrates the baggie method. I did it for a while but now that my hair is longer I tend to want to wear it out more.
