I went to the Vitamin Shoppe yesterday and had to pick up a few things.
Can someone tell me if I am taking a multi-max, biotin and MSM powder.
What can the Hair, Nail and Skin give me? I was going to buy it but I wasn't sure..It's the Vitamin Shoppe brand anyone using, anyone have any info?
I also brought the Silky Elements Moisturizing shampoo and conditioner...OMG can we say the bomb. Whoever told me about that one..I LOVE U...LOL
