I just got my hair done in single braids

. What kind of regime should i follow? what kind of oils should i use? When should i wash it and stuff. I'm hoping to gain a least 1 inch.

The woman on Growafrohairlong.com has a good, detailed braid routine. I'm doing a version of her "Crown & Glory Technique" now.
