I think it mainly the moderators and a few other long time members, but that's a guess on my part.

I know whoever it is will be an inspiration as always but iea067 or Sareca would be great. They have beautiful hair and both are incredibly helpful to everyone on the board. I know I need to up my game so that I can be FOM in 2022.

Judging on the looks of the girls that have been chosen, it seems to be both (only speculation)
