My hit:
Suave Humectant as a leave-in (I rediscover this while cleaning my stash and it does a pretty good job of moisturizing my hair)

Proclaim Activator gel

Misses:
Suave Aloe conditioner (This is another bottle I discovered and basically using this for conditioner washes to get rid of it)

HITS... NTM hair serum, leave in conditioner and shampoo

HIT. Relaxer and Trim by Pam at Xcetera Hair Salon in Baltimore. I don't know what kind of relaxer she used but I think it's Keracare or Dudley.

Re: June\'s Hit or Miss

HITS
Alter Ego Revitalizing Lotion(I have only been using it for a week. I washed my hair twice and used it afterwards)
My scalp felt great afterwards. Light, like it was breathing.

MISSES
Neutrogena Triple moisture conditioner (It was okay, but not as moisturizing as I thought it would be after all the praises from other people. My hair is on the dry side. Graham Webb Halo Hydrating Conditioner is much better.

Re: June\'s Hit or Miss

TigerLilly,

I didn't like the Kerasilk Instant Silk Fluid initially. I used it on wet hair and it did absolutely nothing. However, I used on dry hair to get rid of it. I really love it as a moisturizer for dry ends. I use a little bit on my ends at night or in the morning before styling.

Re: June\'s Hit or Miss

I didn't try anything new this month except baking soda to clarify. It did nothing but dry my hair out.

Re: June\'s Hit or Miss

Hits: Sauve milk and honey

I'm so happy you ladies turned me on to this conditioner because I need a cheap alternative to elucence MB.

Re: June\'s Hit or Miss

Miss: Elasta QP Silk

It didn't do anything detrimental to my hair. It jut didn't give me the results that I wanted. I was hoping it would be similar to Redken So Long Heat Treat

Re: June\'s Hit or Miss

Hits-
K cutter
Revlon Porsity Control and Conditioner
Elasta QP Protein Supplement

Misses-
Redken All Soft
Aussie Slip

Re: June\'s Hit or Miss

Hits

Tropical Avocado cream conditioner- awesome softness and shine.

Biosilk serum- I hate serums, but biosilk made me change my mind. This is by far the best serum, its not gooey and it doesnt feel like its sitting on my hair, it is so light and sheer its slips right into my hair.

Re: June\'s Hit or Miss

HITS

Kenra Moisturizing Conditioner - although it gave me much more slip with the first use, than with the second use. It definitely moisturized my hair though.

ORS Olive Oil Sheen spray - my hair felt softer and had more shine immediately after my first use.

Hits:

-Redken Smooth Down Conditioner

-Vo5 Kiwi & Lime Clarifying conditioner (as a lite clarifier...applied 2x's...left on while I shower.)

-BB Maximum Strength Oil Moisturizer Hair Lotion w/castor oil and aloe (rediscovered)
