Jump on the Coconut Oil Bandwagon!

I must admit that I did not know that coconut oil could be used for the hair before joining this board. I just began using it and I love it! Not only does it smell yummy, but it gives the hair such a nice shine. I applied just a little to my hair after pulling it back in a bun this morning, and it is sparkling. This is a keeper. Don't forget to use it as a hot oil treament as well.

i just started using castor oil and love it and the coconut oil is already in my rotation. you mix them and apply to dry hair?

The only place I have ever seen it is at the Health Food Store. I usually order mine from Puritan Pride and right now they are having a buy 2 and get 3 free or something like that.
