I was basically doing back to back installs this whole time. I had one resting point between march 2010 and mid may 2010. Between all my other installs, I only had my hair out for maybe a couple days. I only used growth aids last summer which got me from CBL to BSB in like 2.5-3, that was the fastest my hair had ever grown. I only stopped using the MT/MN because I ran out, and I kinda didnt want to spend the money, times is tough. LoL But I bought some a few weeks ago and have been using it again. My reggie has been simple simple, PS 100% of the time in installs. Cowash every few days, and sometimes spray base braids with scurl. DC maybe once a month. Thats it really.

Wonderful progress! It reminds me of where I started from and gives me motivation of where I want to be. I ALSO do back to back sew-ins. I usually will allow at least a few days, if not, a weeks break to let my hair be free. Keep up the good work and keep doing what you've been doing....retaining your growth.
