I did it already
I took down my braids, washed, conditioned, deep conditioned, cool blow dried, and flat ironed. It's sweated out, but I'm cool with it.

washed and steamed my hair yesterday
braided damp with mousse def for braidout
fluffed it out this morning

will get braids next wednesday

Currently sitting under my heat cap. I washed with CON cowash and then followed up with Mielle Rosemary Clay masque. I’m currently sitting with good old ORS Replenishing Pak! About to rinse out and do a wash and go! Using my Bee Mine Sexy curl! I will mess this name up every time I say it!

protein treatment: palmers coconut oil conditioning pak
moisture dc: NG fenugreek dc

used heat protectant and blow dried on cool
