July 2016 What Did You Buy This Week? Hair Care Edition

@NaturallyATLPCH only if it does not put you out your way.

@flyygirlll2 you should try. It is definitely a staple for me in which I'd like to have like 3 for back-up.

Of course not. Because if she is open, well...of course I'm going to get something.
I've been meaning to go by there anyway, thanks for the reminder.
And that's 45-50 from downtown Atlanta. You know Atlanta is relative, people say Atlanta but it actually covers a LARGE area.

Piping Rock:

I bought a $h!t ton of pills from Piping Rock including some multivitamins for womem 50+ because they had biotin, MSM, bamboo, collagen, Omegas etc.:D I also bought several herbal supplements to detox, destress and promote overall well being. Hopefully they'll have a positive effect on my excessive shedding. *fingers crossed*

J. Monique Naturals had a 50% off sale :woot:soooo. . . I bought.

2 x Organic Dead Sea Mud Hair Wash 16oz each (Never tried this before but $9 for a 16oz mud wash, a pj was all over it!)

5pc DC/Mask combo, 8oz each
1 x Triple Seaweed
1 x Burdock Root & Nettle
1 x Wheatgrass & Spinach
2 x Bentonite & Rhassoul

2 x Ginger Butter Leave-in, 8oz (love this stuff)

1 x Ital Soy & Neem Moisture Loc Butter, 8oz (first time purchase, hope I like it)

1 x Ginger Lime soap.

I was supposed to snag a tea tree shampoo bar as well but forgot.:(

CurlBox:

I purchased a CurlBox Natural. The email hint seemed to imply E'TAE products but I'm now thinking it might be By Made Beautiful, probably their True line. I'll kick myself if it's not the True because I passed on that line during Sally's B2G1 Free.

Lastly, I bought several items from Marie Dean for the first time last month, not sure if I mentioned it in that thread. Either way I'll list the products when I receive my package in a couple weeks.

Went to Ulta for the Liter Sale Saturday (when I thought it started :() then back again Sunday (when it actually started ). Wasn't impressed by the selection was doubting/hoping Pureology would be included but at the least Devacare/Devacurl . Picked up Redken Hair Cleansing Cream since I had a coupon and I keep seeing this everywhere.

Yesterday went to the BSS for applicator bottles and a clearance sticker caught my peripherals . 2 bundled 1 Liter Mixed Chicks Shampoos (sulfate and sulfate-free) for 14.99 and I know for a fact thems cost up to $20 EACH for the REGULAR size and I don't pass up great deals good deals maybe decent everyday but it's against my character to pass up a great one.

Funny but crazy thing is though I told myself I would be done with Shampoos after I finished my current stash utilizing only clay, ACV, and cleansing conditioners for my cleansing needs. Now I'm 3 more Liters deep :cantlook:

@flyygirlll2, DB has the 16oz Pumpkin Condish on her site. It's on the second page. There are 32 items for sale but only 30 are listed on the first page. The other two including the 16oz (because the 8oz and 16oz Pumpkin Condish are separate listings) are listed on the second page. When I purchased from DB last Black Friday I almost missed it. Luckily I noticed the disparity between the number of listings and number of items listed so I figured there must be another page. I bought that 16oz with the quickness and it came in two 8oz jars, which I didn't mind at all.

Viviscal has done an amazing job decreasing my shedding. One pill in the morning. One at night. Just wanted to share.

I take Fish Oil, bamboo, biotin, MSM, and a Chlorella/Spirulina tablet. Before I started taking the chlorella, I believe the combination of the other vitamins contributes to the fact that I hardly shed any hair at all.
My battle is breakage due to very fine kinky strands.

Well, went to Powder Springs, Ga. to see if I could grab some Darcy's but her shop is not there anymore @Saludable84
In fact, it kind of looks like a ghost town, maybe a couple of spots open. I'm not sure how long it's been closed because I saw the building where it used to be but it was something else there that's also for sale.
The last time I went was 3 years ago so a lot can happen in 3 years.

AHHHHHHHH-MAY-ZZZZZZIIIIINNNNGGGGGGG!!!!!

I like to use it in the shower for quick detangling and as a moisture fix....and...oh, the smell... yummy...melts those little knots and gnarls away...leaves hair soft...and if you do an oil rinse with it...lawd hamburger...I don't even know why I buy other stuff. This right hea got a permanent spot right next to the shower. That's all.
@flyygirlll2
It's errrthang errrbody said & more.

You need to get you a Jar. (or x2). STAT.:roadrunner:

I was cowashing with it, but decided it's much too good to simply wash down the drain so I have recently been using it as a L-I Detangler.:lick:

I may try it as a DC'er with Steam.

:amen:to all of this. Plus this conditioner is glycerin-free.
This, the Eucalyptus Mint and Organic Coconut & Cupuaçu pomades are wonderful :2inlove:

@Bibliophile Just saw your post and remembered that I had the entire Eternally in Amber Rainbow collection in my cart but had waited to check out other sales. Then I got so caught up with all the other sales that I completely forgot about my EiA cart until I saw your post, smh. The struggles of a Pj. *sighs*

You're not the only one @NappyKinks :drunk: I missed the Bask & Bloom, Bekura, Sabino and Soultanicals sales...I had mock carts set up:shopping:
