Its a great Conditioner. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Slightly too thick and rich for a co-wash but a lovely very moisturising conditioner with a bit of protein for balance. That's the first Joico product I bought and I now have most of the KPAK and moisture recovery range as I was thoroughly impressed

I've read here that this is one product that you should actually follow the directions. I use it for 20-30 minutes with heat.

(I don't know what happened to the quote.)

I hated it but most people seem to love that product and Joico products in general. It made my hair gummy and gross.

So after reading this thread, I ordered the Moisture recovery balm and the Revitaluxe from Amazon. I've never really tried Joico products and usually stick to products that are more natural and coneless.... but gonna give these products a go.

I really like the balm and have used it for years. I don't use it more than once a month, because it then becomes too much of a good thing...

Why do I come in threads like this

I'll probably end up buying both of these (balm and conditioner. to use in December. I think I'll only have 2 conditioners left in my stash by then so it'll be alright. I've used Joico before but can't remember how it performed... I believe I only stopped using it because of the cost and forgot TJ Maxx has it... then I went the all natural route... Hopefully TJ's has the smaller containers.

I said it's too thick for a co Washington. But nope it's a great mid to wash moisture boost

Review here!

Well call me tardy to the party - I LOVE this line!!!!!!

Yesterday I went to Ricky's and impulsively purchased the liter sized poo and matching moisture conditioner. For YEARS I've been staying away from cones and commercial products. Since I purchased the small tube of the moisture recovery balm and really liked it I said hmmm let me try the poo and conditioner. Today was wash day.

I used the moisture poo in the shower --- ladies! this poo had my hair sooooooooooo soft and feeling like I used conditioner. It lathers nicely and is creamy. I could comb my wet hair after poo'ing easily. I was in awe! Then I used the K Revitalize. I like this product too. It's a protein type conditioner with good ingredients in it. This also glided through my hair and I used it under the steamer. It soaked into my strands. I rinsed and my hair felt pliable and strong. I followed up with the moisture conditioner as a rinse out and my hair felt sooooo good. I'm really impressed! This line will def become a staple in my arsenal. I really like the moisture conditioner, I'm wondering if I really need the balm as well. The balm is more condensed and heavy but the reg conditioner is pretty heavy too. I could see myself deep conditioning with the regular moisturizing conditioner as well.

I am PLEASED, very pleased :yep:

Just got back from TJMaxx where I purchased the shampoo. I'm washing in a couple hours so I will be able to share my thoughts. I don't use sulfates but we will see.

I've used the Joico Moisture Recovery on both my natural and Texlaxed hair and both responded well with it. Though I noticed more of a difference with my natural hair, haven't tried the balm.

Has anyone used the conditioner as a leave-in? I'm contemplating trying this because it's such a great detangler.

I was thinking about adding some water and oil to mine and use as a leave in. Because it's cheaper than buying KCNT.

I always see this line in my local TJ MAXX and Ross but I always pass it up I may have to pick it up
