Jilbere Root Control Iron

Has anyone else tried this iron? I bought it at Sallys for $29.99 over the weekend. It was on sale for $34.99 & I used my $5.00 coupon. I tried it but I'm not sure if I'm using it correctly. I am 12 post relaxer and it didn't det my roots as straight as I thought. Anyone have any reviews?
