Jheri Redding Ceramic Silk Iron. Who tried it? What is so better about it?

Both my flat irons are broken so im thinking of getting this.

HElp me out... any tips? What's the 411 on this product?

I have never tried it, but alot of my white friends rave about this flat iron and the Paul Mitchell iron.
