Sorry pj's... I got a circular from JCPenney and beginning today Oct. 10th they're having the buy 1 get 1 for 88 cents sale. The sale also applies to the salon- Redken, Paul Mitchell, Biolage, Mizani and other shampoos and conditioners are buy 1, get 1 for 88 cents. (Limit 3 items at 88 cents per customer).
