Jade and Onyx Flat Irons

Hi!

Ulta is advertising Wigo flat irons with jade or onyx plates. Has anyone tried these? Anyone know why these materials are better than ceramic?

I think "Jade" and "Onyx" denote color only and not the actual plate material.
