I stopped by the East Indian grocery store the other day to pick up some henna and while I was there this hair oil called Jabakusum caught my eye. I said what the heck, it's only $5.00. I followed the directions per the bottle and OH MY GAWD!! Baby where have you been??? This stuff is fire. It has my hair (I'm natural) so soft and smooth.

Wanted to let y'all know about it and see if anyone else has tried it. It's not the greatest smell but it's worth it. :grin:

@Coffee

Hope you like it. I was surprised by the softness. Those East Indians definitely know hair oil. It was almost the same reaction when I tried that Vatika Oil...........OMG!!

I actually liked it better than Vatika. One reason is you don't have to melt it down and another is it actually soothes my scalp. I'm a lil different when it comes to mineral oil since I wash my hair every other day. In fact I faithfully use Dominican products and most are loaded with mineral oil. According to the instructions, you can use it two ways......put it in hair overnight and wash out the next day which is what I did or put it in as a conditioner after shampooing hair.
