I\'ve started a trend!!!!!
I dont consider myself a trendsetter, but maybe now I should. For the past week I've been doing braidouts on my hair. All of my three other roomates(who are all white), have made comments on how great my hair looked. One in particular really fancies how my hair looks. I've been doing braidout every other day. Well guess what happens tonight. After my roomate got out of the shower, she sat down in front of the t.v. and began braiding her hair in sections. I couldnt believe it! Then she looked at me and said, " Synora, I dont know how you keep your ends from coming undone." She was using rubber bands and I only use water and vaseline. I told her about the vaseline and the fact that I have natually dry ends. She made no comment about it and i told her she may need the rubber bands for her hair. Well about 15 minutes later she finished braiding her hair (rubber bands and all) and placed a scarf on her hair (which I do every night). How about that? What a night!
