I was told to apply it to the scalp every night. I can honestly say i couldn't do it. The smell really got to me and my baby boy. LOL! However I've seen some of the results with a lot of the laides here and it almost makes me want to give it another try. I've got to work on mixing it with other things to mask the smell. The only time I've applied it is when my hair is wet. That way the next morning it doesn't smell as bad. HTH.

Lol, MSG!
Hello and welcome to the MTG Drop squad! Lol

What I find best with MTG is to pour it straight into an empty spray bottle and spray it directly to your scalp. I spray it twice a day on my scalp, Moisture my braids with Scurl and baggie my whole head at night,(with a shower cap)
My hair has grown a lot since I included this into my routine.(i'm not sure about the inches as i do not measure my hair and it is too thick(4b natural)But I am impressed with the growth rate.:)
If you cannot handle the MTG smell (i do not find it that bad at all!)
Mix it with essensial oils, Lemon is supposed to be one of the best, I have mixed it in the past with rosemary and tea tree oils it did give my scalp a nice tingling sensation...
Hope This Helps.;)

Many people put it on their scalp, but I put it on my hair. I think this is why many people complain that the MTG smell won't go away when they wash. JMHO.... I use it daily with no adverse affects. I also don't have the overwhelmimg odor either.
