You're right I hate when folks don't post their regimen. But I really don't have one. I used to, but I abandoned it. I just stick to the golden rules. No overlapping relaxer, low manipulation, low heat, and moisture and protein when needed.

-Are you protective styling? not really, I just try to keep manipulation low

-What are some of your fav products? I am such a bandwagon jumper, but I like Kenra MC the most.
