You guys have no idea how hard this has been for me as a heat addict, I know this is nothing for the ladies who remain without heat for the majority of the year. But this is a big achievement for me that's why I decided I make this thread. What I find to be very funny is that I get MORE compliments as a natural supporting puffs and my airdried unbrushed thick 4a/b hair! And I used to think of my nappy hair as ugly and I still am a little conscious about rocking natural styles but regardles.....

Congrats. I failed miserably this month, but I did better that usual. I found more styling options without heat so I guess thats something lol.

Quiet as kept no heat was and STILL is very hard for me! I understand the struggleso I say keep doing your thing ma!!! You can do it!!!

I know that's a big milestone, cuz I was once there myself! Now I live a no heat hair lifestyle, lol. (( Ok, I use heat once or twice a yr, lol ))
