It rained hard today and now I \'m a frizball!

I had my hair pressed very nicely last thrusday and it was laying perfectly until this morning, I drizzled and was very foggy in the NY area and now it looks like a puffy blowout. Is heat the only way to save my style help me please!!!

OOOH, I think so sweety! You could try wrapping it first, but if not, I would run a flat iron over it if you have one. I would try not to press back over it though.

Oil it, put it into a smooth ponytail and wrap the ponytail around itself smoothly, secure with a bobby pin and put a scarf on your head. Sleep that way and the poufiness should leave.

I did this before with my bangs that got exposed during a drizzling day. The rest of my hair was nice and dry under a scarf. I put my oils on my bangs and put it in a Nubian knot and a satin scarf over all my hair before going to bed. The next day, I took my bangs out and the frizziness was gone. It was smooth and had a curl to it. I curled my bangs anyway with my Caruso curlers and all was well. I wonder why this works when we twist our hair against our hair...
