Is this really a perm/relaxer?

Was in walgreens and saw this "frizz remover" on clearance was going to get it but wasn't sure if it was actually a relaxer or not...being that I put some crap on my hair before that called itself a "texture softener" I ended up losing 4 months of my transition because it was a perm in disguise.​

yes, its a really low quality relaxer. Read the ingredients.

its a relaxer stay away! the only thing i can think of that implies chemical relaxing in the name but it just a conditioner is RUSK Smoother Passion Fruit & Aloe Leave-in Texturizing Conditioner
