I would say you're SL...and if you chose to do a blunt cut you'd be between neck and shoulder.
It does look like you may have had some breakage somewhere in there and that's why you're ends look "thin". But, I'm sure that as you steadily continue to take care of your hair it will improve.
Please do not let people convince you to trim your ends if they are healthy and you don't want a blunt cut. If they are breaking due to over processing, then trim. If they are split, then trim. If you want a blunt look or a new hair cut, then trim. But if there's nothing wrong with them other than they are not all even with one another, IMO that's not a good reason to trim, especially if you're trying to retain length.
