I've read the previous threads and this is the regimen I thought would be good/decent. Do you OCT experts think this is a good regimen
-Use OCT on scalp every day
-Co was with HE LTR and or Nexxus Humectress twice a week
-Deep condition with Humecto or Aubrey Honey Suckle Rose once a week
-Use the OCT conditioner, shampoo and creme rinse all over the hair as directed
-Moisturize daily with ORS olive oil in bottle and seal with Almond oil/Coconut oil
**Also once a month use Alter Ego Garlic conditioner to prevent shedding.
I don't want to do anything that'll mess up my hair.
