some people here have said that wrapping their hair every night has caused it to thin. maybe you can abstain from wrapping or try to wrap in another direction. i heard taking vitamin b5 can thicker hair also. pantene also has a poo and con to make thinner hair look thicker. i also think curlers can make your hair look fuller. try to use rollers if you can instead of heat. HTH
