Steamer/hooded Dryer?? I want a steamer/hooded dryer that stands, NOT a desktop one. Or would I have to purchase and Steamer and a Hooded Dryer?

Which should I get a steamer or a hooded dryer.
All though I think for hair health reasons I believe the steamer would be more benefitual (sp)
