Is there a SALLY\'S in New York?

Is there one in NYC? I don't want to know about Brooklyn or Queens. Only if there is one in MAnhattan or the Bronx. Thanks.

I wrote to sallys and asked them why they didnt have one in manhattan and they replied and said they were looking at areas but that the real estate here is expensive. so the answer is no. it makes me upset though. there are always so many nice things in sallys. but then again we do have a lot of beauty supply stores. There is one on West Fordham Road in the Bronx.
