I've been hearing a lot about this product lately. Not just on this site, but on many others. Is it really that wonderful of a product? If so, what did it do for your hair? And how exactly do you use it?

I didn't like it, It didn't moisturize my hair as good as my cheapie Aussie. I took it back to Sally's.

I thought it was very good at making my hair soft, but the ingredients were horrible in my opinion so I wont be using it any more, but if u are looking for a cheap product u can buy at a BSS then its okay

It's the BEST moisturizing conditioner i have ever tried!!! I love this stuff and will continue to use it because nothing else makes me hair feel this soft, moisturized, and silky, plus it detangles like a dream. I find it to be deeply moisturizing, yet it rinses very well and my hair has so much body during the week.

They have diff. condishes that come in the same type of bottle and it can be confusing to pick the right one. The luxury moisturizing condish felt yuck on my hair and did absolutely nothing for me. Mineral oil was the third ingredient and you can really tell.

But the Megasilk Intense Conditioning Mayonnaise? This stuff right here? This stuff right here? :lachen: Let's just say it, ORS Replenishing and Miss Keys 10 en 1 are my ultimate top three. I will forever be buying that particular condish.

It doesn't have mineral oil in it. It has great ingredients except for SLS as the 2nd to last ingredient, and I can tell bc the condish does have a slight sudsy effect when you wash it out, but it is nothing to be really concerned about. It is the truth!

I just used the Silk Elements Megasilk Moisturizing Treatment last week. I added olive oil to the whole 16 ounce jar.

It did something to my type 4 a/b hair. It made my hair so easy to detangle, and my hair had large springy coils, as if I had type 2 or type 3 hair. I've never seen my nappy hair look like this before! It was more manageable.

After I rinsed the conditioner out, I sprayed Infusium 23 (Repairology) like I normally do to detangle my hair. Detangling was painless! I just kept combing my hair, because I couldn't believe how the comb just kept gliding through it. This was amazing! I know my stylist will love this, but I had to try it first.

It was almost as if I had a different type of hair altogether! I may decide not to replace some of my other conditioners that are good such as ORS Replenishing Pak, Silk Elements Luxury Moisturizing Conditioner (doctored up), VO 5 and Suave Professional Humectant/Moisture Milk/Strawberries & Cream, Motions CPR, and Mane N Tail just to make way for this one. I just want the best four or five conditioners now. This will be a permanent staple forever, and it's on sale about every other month at Sallys.
