Is Satan Symbolic of Evil or an Actual "Person"

From my understanding he is a fallen angel that does evil, and he is not a person.

If by person you mean autonomous being then yes...he is an individual. The Bible refers to him specifically as an individual...in the garden...in heaven at the throne of God...and tempting Jesus etc..
Just dont mistake him for being the opposite of God. God has no equal. Satan is not omnipotent, onmiscient, nor omnipresent, he is limited by the boundaries God has designed. But he is an autonomous being with distinct intentions and some ability to bring them to pass (as opposed to a being just a concept of evil).

BTW, God is three persons in the trinity. Person equates with spirit. We are persons with spirits.

I am simply putting my belief on this subject, not for debate. I know my belief on this subject is not so popular in Christianity.
Even if one believes that satan is an angel, I don’t think he is who paganism (and after that Christianity) has made him : Satan can not be a rebellious or fallen angel and at the same time be before the throne of the Most High who is Holy.
We have to read more the OT (less pagan influence in the language)!
Satan means adversary.
2Sam. 24.1 And again the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel, and he moved David against them to say, Go, number Israel and Judah.
1Chr. 21.1 And Satan stood up against Israel, and provoked David to number Israel.
I know satan(s) exist, evil persons exist. The word satan is a personification of our evil inclination. And I know some people are giants with their spirit.
I am aware of the spirit of the flesh (personal evil inclination) in opposition to the Spirit of the Eternal One.
The reason : free will!
The Scriptures said :
Jb. 2.10 But he said unto her, Thou speakest as one of the foolish women speaketh. What? shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil? In all this did not Job sin with his lips.
Is. 45.5 I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me: 45.6 That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else. 45.7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

I am not trying to debate your point, just have one question about your view. Are you saying that satan is just our own evil inclinations and not an actual being? And if so then how do those evil inclinations make their way to the throne of a Holy God? (This is based on the example you gave out of revelations about him being at Gods throne night and day accusing us. He also approaches the throne of God in Job 1:6)

You know I am not really good in English, not for a so complex debate. If you really want to understand it completely, it is better to look at the links that I provided and there is more.
We’ve been taught, and we take what we know for THE truth, till one day we begin to think outside of the box or to return to the real source (not mixed with pagan beliefs).

A fallen, rebellious angel can not be before the throne of the Holy One, no!
But He sends His angels and they accomplish His will, they are not fallen angels for that.
People are blaming Satan for this and for that, instead of praying the Most High for deliverance.

Satan means the accuser, the adversary, deceiver. That can be anyone... yourself... your inner conscious...
I also believe what people consider as Satan is God testing you...
I started reading more and realized that Satan isn't that Opposing Force against God that lives in the pits of hell with his legion of demons , and me being an artist... I have a wacky imagination... I believe Satan is man himself trying to oppose God.
