Is Kera Care a good product to use?

I was wondering if Kera Care was a good product to use on my hair. My hair is at about neck length and its thick and when wet very very curly.Also my hair is breaking off a little but its regaining its breakage. So I was wondering if Kera Care was a good product because i was using it but I wasn't sure if it was good or not for my hair.
