Your hair grows more in the summer? If so does anyone know why? I do know in the summertime my hair gets lighter, because the chemicals (relaxer) on my hair with the sun beaming on it.
 
From what I heard, yes hair grows a little faster in the summer, due to the humidity, and hotness of the day. But don't forget to moisturize that hair!!!LOL
 
Probably due to the heat and something about better blood circulation-vessels being dialated (trying to dig up biology class memories). something like that....maybe lol
 
I read somewhere (can't remember where) that it's due to more vitamin D absorption from the sun.
 
Yes I think so because my hair seems to grow more in the summer. At least last year it did. I think your hair retains more moisture because of the heat and your scalp gets better circulation.
