Hi there, I'm pretty new on this website and would like to know one thing.
My goal is to hit APL for March-April. But my dream goal is to hit WSL.
So I give you my regimen :
4a/b type
Relax every 8/10 weeks
1x/week :wash (CON or Elasta QP)
Every other week :clarify (Dark & Lovely)
1x/week :co-wash (protein > Motions CPR or moisture > Herbal Essence, Dark & Lovely,when needed)
Twice a day :Moisture (S-curl, ORS olive oil)
Protectiv style : Bun
Aids growth : Doo gro and sulfur 8 every night
Vits (when I think about it) : Gingko biloba, leaf beer, Flaxeed oil, Evening Primrose Oil
I can't take Biotin anymore (side effect: break out)
I drink 1.5 L water a day
Well.... I think that's it. I would be pleased to receive your advices.
