I am going to braid my hair tomorrow so i am wondering is it good to leave in my hair, the hair condition cream on or should i shampoo it away before brading ;how do you ladies do it when you braid your hair?

When I braid, I always have a moisterizing leave-in by my side.
I take a little bit on my finger and prepare each section as I go along.
Not only does it moisterize, it also makes sure that my ends don't "escape" the braid later.
I use Motions creme hairdress.

Thanks ladies for the tips,Soulchild the hair conditioning creme is (Palmer's hair success Gro treatment with vit.E

before i get my hair cornrowed i wash my hair with a clarifying shampoo about twice so it's really clean. then i use my motions oil moisturizing silk conditioner (or whatever it's called). it's a protein conditioner but also VERY moisturizing. then i let my hair airdry and then i get it cornrowed.

i like to bring along a conditioner- don't let them use the mystery vaseline or whatever it is they have.
