Also, are you truly a stylist? If you can only handle stretched and/or flat ironed hair?
Someone in the comments is talking about clients' natural hair that looks like that of the slave trade Africans back in the day that never saw comb! Is that shaming the client or shaming the slave trade victims?
The grammatical errors alone in the rant are enough to expose her lack of professionalism and ignorant reasons add to it. She would not get a dime of my money.
Every time I get my hair braided it is never straightened.
I know I am knitpicky but things like that bother me. If I am stumbling through reading your rant, I usually do not open myself up to hear your point.Yeah the grammar issues bothered me more than the original comment. I couldn't take anything that was said seriously.
I had to google Florida Evans, but I don't think it's an insult. Why would comparing an afro to that of Florida Evans be an insult?
The rest of her 'rant' is stupid though. I wouldn't patronize her salon.

There was a better way to deliver her message. And then she shut down someone who disagreed with her in her comments. It’s just kinda tiring, the whole “natural hair is a trend” thing. Post like hers are the reason she’s losing money.Nowadays social media is like an open bar at an office event and unfortunately a lot people don’t know how to handle themselves.
I hope she doesn’t have big ambitions in the salon world because if she thinks that it’s ok to post those types of comments then she’ll always be small beans living paycheck to paycheck.
