Ion or Aphogee

I have purchased Aphogee Kertain Reconstuctor and Ion Reconstuctor Treatment, but I don't which to use first or which is better. Has anyone used these products and were they affective in strengthing hair. THANKS!

I have never used Ion, but Aphogee is one of my favorites. It stops breakage immediately. Aphogee penentrates the hair shaft making it stronger. You do have to follow it up with a good moisturizing conditioner. I use ORS hair mayo or natures therapy deep conditioner.

I use the ION reconstuctor pack after each relaxer retouch and I love it because it really strenghten my hair. My hair used to feel more vulnerable after a relaxer retouch, before I started using ION reconstuctor.

I have never tried the Aphogee keratin reconstuctor.
