Wow! This is very interesting. I wonder how many people I already see wearing braids were their's this way!! Very clever indeed.

Thanks for the link, wish I had seen this before I did my braids. I sat for 12 hours to get braids the exact same size as the ones on the dummy. Its amazing how the finished look does not look like a weave?!

How do you make the tracks not show on the middle part? I guess what I am saying is when it is finished can't you see the tracks on the part going down the middle.

I've had this done years ago, everyone thought it took like a week to put in all those skinny braids and i'm smiling to myself like nope

The only thing is it looks weird once it starts to get old and all that new growth bulks up underneath the tracks.

Where were you months ago when I started a thread asking where I could get this done?!?

I wonder if the weight of these braids are too strenuous on the cornrows?

my bad hon, my cousin is a hairdresser and she did them. My mom and my auntie saw how she did it so after that I had them do it (way cheaper that way! And yes they were heavy, especially after washing them I had to put my hair in a bun because I couldn't handle the pressure of my scalp being pulled down from the water.
