Interested in Praying Partners?!?!

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in praying partners. Say each praying group would consist of three people and whenever one person has a problem/issue/requests prayer, that person could rely on her praying partners to pray with her.

I figure this would be more private/personal than starting a thread yet it might help folks in need of prayer.

Now there is three of us :grin:......I'm hoping more will sign up!!! Early next week I'll put together groups......so all (weekenders, etc.) get to think about signing up.
 
Bumping for ladies who don't sign on during the weekend. Starting to put together groups now!!!!! So far we have 18 ladies......

The prayer partners idea is going to be whatever you and your partners make it.


However, here are some things I am suggesting for me and my partners:

Pray together and/or set a time during the day/night that all promise to commit to individual prayer. Support each other with committing to a regular prayer life.


Discuss prayers found in the Bible and/or online sermons about prayer to think about how David, etc. prayed and why they prayed the way they did.

Discuss the different ways preachers say to approach prayer. I know some say to think about A.C.T.S (acknowledgement, confession, thanksgiving, and supplication -- I think that's what it stands for).

Just some ideas. :)
