I started my 2x a week deep conditioning regimen last week but it feels like I'm missing something. My hair was overloaded with protein so I had to start from scratch and clarify which I felt a major difference immediately. My idea regimen so far is...
First deep conditioning and once of week of shampooing:
NTM moisturizing shampoo
NTM deep condition mask recovery (the best!!) for 30 mins with heat
rinse
ORS oilve oil daily moisturizer
Vitamin E oil to seal
twist up to air dry
Second Deep conditioningsame products as above)
deep condition-30 mins
rinse
daily moisturizer
oil to seal
twist up to air dry
Should I co wash on my second deep conditioning? Should I pre poo even though I'm using NTM moisturizing shampoo? Other steps I should take to get more moisture in my hair?
Any advice would be great!!
