Instant Conditioners that are good leave-ins

Hey ladies, I know that some of us are cutting back or are wanting to on our product spending. So I wanted to start a thread of instant conditioners that we use as a leave in to try to cut out some products and maybe save some money. You know conditioners are pretty cheap. Anyways, List the ones you use or feel that they have ingrediets suitable to use as a moisterizer/ leave-in or Deep Conditioner.

I use Organix Shea Butter as a leave in when I do not have time to restock my SCurl. I just throw some oil on top of that and it leaves my hair moisterized. At safeway it is $6.75 but is buy one get one free so its not that bad.

Trader Joe's Nourish Spa Conditioner is a great leave in and it's only like 3 bucks at trader joes!

Sharifeh- I kno right!!! I completely forgot about that 1 and it has nothing in it to really cause any buildup

When the regular Leave-Ins won't cut it, I like to use either Herbal Essence's Hello Hydration or Long Term Relationship as leave-in.
I like the Long Term Relationship better, because it feels lighter to me, but either one works well. And both are cheap, only like 3 dollars.

I use Hairveda Moist 24/7 as my leave in. I just DC w/o heat for about 30 min, remove the cap, and then let it stay in. My hair is super soft and it saves me time.

i use different pantene conditioners as leave ins... dunno about ingredients or anything though. just know it works for me

Does anyone have a problem with the conditioners coating the hair???

yes... if i apply it to 2nd day hair with out wetting my hair 1st (not dripping, just moistened... i guess lol) my hair will feel kinda hard, almost crunchy like. or if i accidentally use too much. i think the reason it works on wet hair is cause the water dilutes it you know? oh sometimes if my hair still looks pretty darn good and i just want to rid some frizz and clump the ends a bit, i put the cond in my hand (just a tad like half a dime) and i wet one hand then rub together real good and scrunch and smooth as needed, this way i dont have to wet my whole head and start over...

giovanni deeper moisture conditioner is excelent as a leave in. so is trader joes NS conditioner.

Cheap- Dove intensive conditioner. It is very moisterizing.
More expensive- lush's American Cream- It has a great smell. It leaves my hair moisterized without coating it, and it keeps my hair light and fluffy. Also, as soon as I get in the shower, it behaves as a good normal conditioner as well. I am able to detangle very easily without having to use anything else. I  this conditioner.
Honestly, I think any conditioner mosterizes your hair can be used as a leave in.

Sunsilk captivating curls is a great leave-in and rinse out for my wash n gos. I mix it with castor oil

When I wear a bun I will use Suave Humectant and coconut oil. Makes my hair so soft :yep:. In the summer I just co-wash with it and leave conditioner in my hair and seal. In the winter I use a spray bottle with water mixed with Suave Humectant, spray my ends and seal. I sleep with a braid in at night then bun/pin up in the morning.

Yes to Carrots!

It's so good I don't even use it as a rinse out conditioner anymore, all that goodness going down the drain..
